With an annual attendance of over 30,000, the goal of this outdoor show is to give individual artists a concentrated area in which to show and sell their original artwork. Your entry fee is used for the advertisement and promotion of the art fair and other services that benefit you and the art fair. Countryside Village Art Fair post cards are also available for your personal mailings.
All work must be designed and executed by the accepted artist. This art fair is a juried show. Artists may only show work in categories selected by the jury. All work exhibited must be of the quality and same category as the images that were juried.
Accepted Categories: Ceramics, Drawing, Fiber Art/Textiles, Glass, Jewelry, Metal, Mixed-Media, Painting, Photography, Printmaking, Sculpture, Wood.
WORK NOT ACCEPTED: Photographic reproductions of paintings. Commercially cast molds or mass-produced works. Copies of work by other artists, either living or dead. All crafts or craftwork. Prints of your original artwork in the form of pictures, cards, etc. may be sold, but they are not to be hung on your display as your originals.
Artists are responsible for their entire booth set up, including their own tables and chairs. (You can call for names of local rental companies if needed.) Artists unable to attend in person must have a knowledgeable person at their display during show hours. Show hours are: Saturday, 10am until 6pm and Sunday, 10am until 5pm.
The space allotted for each artist’s booth is 10’x10’. Any request for additional space will have an additional cost. Before completing the enclosed application, be sure you intend to comply with the restrictions outlined above, as you will be asked to remove any work that violates these restrictions.
You will be notified of the disposition of your application by the second week of March.
